We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your rights and our process clearly and fairly.

• Complimentary promotional items are not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

1) 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 100 days from the date you place your order to request a return

Eligibility (change-of-mind):
• Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
• A $7.90 USD return shipping fee is deducted from refunds.
• Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

To start, email info@nivow.com with order number, full name, product details, a photo of the courier label, and photos/video of the issue (or of the unopened item).

4) Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If your order arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 48 hours at info@nivow.com with order number, description, photos/video of product & packaging, and the courier-label photo. We’ll repair/replace or refund after review.

5) Returns Due to Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts without response, we refund the product after it arrives back, minus original shipping and a $7.90 USD return fee.

6) Uncollected pickup-point parcel

If a parcel returns due to an uncollected pickup-point parcel, we refund the product after it arrives back, minus original shipping and a $7.90 USD return fee.

7) Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Please email proof of return (tracking or postal receipt). If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.

8) Customs & International Orders

International shipments may face customs delays outside our control. If a package is returned due to customs issues not caused by our error, we refund the product value excluding original shipping.
Nivow™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
