We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Used, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or incomplete products may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking or returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Messages reporting an issue without the required photos, videos, or information may not be accepted as a valid claim.
If the required evidence is not provided within 7 calendar days of delivery, the case may be closed and we may not be able to offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or compensation.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported with all required evidence within 7 calendar days of delivery.
This does not cover:

Incorrect use.

Normal wear and tear.

Washing programs not recommended.

Overloading the washing machine.

Damage caused by improper handling.

Damage caused by using the product differently than instructed.
To open a manufacturing defect case, the customer must provide clear photos or video of the issue, photos of the product received, a photo of the shipping label on the original package, the order number, and a short description of the problem within the 7-day period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Free Promotional Items
Free gifts, promotional items, or products included at no additional cost are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong ZIP code, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or lack of response to the carrier, any shipping, handling, return, or reshipment costs may be deducted from the refund.
If the package is recovered or returned to us, we may offer a reshipment after the customer pays a new shipping fee of $15.
Reshipment is only possible when the package has been recovered or confirmed as returned, and the customer provides a complete, correct, and deliverable address.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If the carrier marks an order as delivered, the order will be considered delivered.
If you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, mailbox, porch, or safe delivery areas.
We may request additional information from the carrier, but refunds or reshipments are not issued automatically while the order is marked as delivered.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and logistics conditions.
If an order experiences an unexpected delay, we will review the case and provide the most accurate update available.
